This is going to be a short post because there weren't many highlights today.
We woke up in Mt. Maunganui to find that there was only one bathroom to share between all of us. Six women and one bathroom can be chaotic. Luckily, I'm well trained in the art of being quick so my teeth were brushed and my contacts were in in less than three minutes.
We got in the car and went for breakfast on the beach.
The weather was overcast and cool.
After breakfast, Alissa had received a message that she left her Spongebob bikini at the room so we went back to pick it up. Hee hee hee!
We hit the road by about 10, and drove through the countryside. We stopped maybe a million times to try and get a 'thank you' gift for Ross. I ended up finding him Christmas lights shaped as Havaianas (Brazilian flip flops). I knew he liked colorful design-type things. They turned out to be a hit!
Finally we made it home by about 4. Becky, Miriam and I were anxious to get moving after a day in the car so we went to an Attack class. We all felt much better except I pulled a Hammy. Ouch!
After class, Miriam and I met some people at Sale St for dinner. I ate what would be equivalent to another lumberjack special; two steaks, chips and a salad. I felt great after that. I love to eat.
Mir and I walked home to find that Becky had done both her and my laundry. Sweetie!
Time for rest for the filmings tomorrow.
